Payment
I accept paypal (which can be used to pay via credit
card even if you don't have or want a paypal account) from US and
international buyers.
If you have difficulties checking out or paying, please send me a
message and I will help you - I know it can be confusing especially for
new users. If you "purchase" an item and do not pay for it or make
arrangements to pay within three days I reserve the right to cancel the
transaction.
Customs Declarations
◊ It is a federal crime for me to mark purchased items as gifts on a
customs form and it is my policy to accurately describe all items on
customs paperwork. The buyer is responsible for any and all import
duties, taxes, VAT, and other fees that may be incurred when importing
items into your country. Sorry :(
Refunds and Exchanges
It's very important to me that you be completely
happy with anything you buy from me, and I stand behind my jewelry 100%.
If there's a problem with any regular store item, or it doesn't
completely meet your expectations I'll cheerfully replace it, fix it, or
refund your money within 30 days of purchase.
This return policy does not apply to items altered by the customer or
items damaged after receipt. Items modified at your request before
shipping are subject to my custom order return policies (see below).
If your jewelry becomes in need of repair, I will fix it at no cost
provided that it has not been subjected to unreasonable abuse.
With the exception of items that have special care notes and/or warnings
about their fragile nature, my jewelry is designed to be worn by people
with active lifestyles. No jewelry should be worn in a chlorinated
pool, but you should be able to sleep and shower in it.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICIES:

Please allow 4-8 weeks for the completion of custom orders. When
shipping items of financial or sentimental value to me for repair,
alteration, or recycling, please use an insured and traceable shipping
method; I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during
shipping to me.
Payment in full is due up front for custom orders. 50% of the purchase
price is a nonrefundable deposit. The remaining 50% will be refunded if
the customer decides to cancel the transaction or return the
custom-made item.
Customer satisfaction is very important to me, and at my sole discretion
I may in some cases offer the customer a store credit for non-custom
items in the amount of the nonrefundable deposit.

WHOLESALE INFORMATION:

I have after much deliberation decided not to artificially double my
prices on my main customer base in order to be able to offer wholesale
pricing. If you are a gallery or boutique interested in carrying my
items, I can offer a small discount on bulk orders, with a slightly
higher discount available on Little Beauties and Little Gems stud
earrings. I do not offer my items for sale on a consignment basis.

RE-SALE TERMS:

Items purchased from me may be re-sold by you at other venues including
retail boutiques, provided that you do not claim to have made the items
yourself. I welcome orders from those who wish to take advantage of my
low pricing to order items for their shops, and no permission is
required to do so.
If any claims are made as to the origin of the piece, I must be credited
as the maker, and purchasing an item does not give you a license to
create copies of it. I retain copyright on all items and photographs,
and my photos may not be used without permission.

ENVIRONMENT/ALLERGY/SANITATION CONCERNS:

All of my items are made and packaged in a non-smoking, drug-free
environment.
I do have pets (domestic and exotic cats, birds, and dogs, for allergy
info) but I am careful to make sure your items arrive in a clean,
sanitary condition without any "contributions" of theirs in or on the
packaging.
There will never be scented or perfumed items included in your package.
There are nuts consumed in my household, and beach shells are sometimes
used as photo props. If you have any severe allergies to nuts or
shellfish, please let me know when you purchase and I will sanitize your
item and transfer it to the packaging with gloved hands ensuring
absolutely no contact.
All earrings are brand new and unworn; you will never be sent earrings
that have been worn by a model or tried on by a customer.
