Large Asymmetrical Handmade Ring - Green Beryl and Chalcedony

This sterling silver and 14k gold art jewelry ring was entirely hand fabricated. The asymmetrical oval design is set with a beautiful one of a kind orange Mexican chalcedony which was hand-cut in the US by one of etsy's top lapidary artists, Barney BeGhul of Lapidarious.

That stone is accented with a beautiful, eye clean 3mm round green beryl (a gemstone in the same family as aquamarine, emerald, and Morganite). It was purchased from a GIA Graduate Gemologist and friend of mine.

The metals are solid, 100% recycled sterling silver and gold; no new metal was mined to create this one of a kind ring! A great eco-friendly piece. I even melted down and recycled the gold in my own studio; it was originally part of a broken Italian gold chain.

The whole thing is brought to a labor-intensive, brilliant shine and smooth finish. There are cutouts in the back of the ring to let light in and allow you to view the stones from behind.
