I offer free first class shipping on all orders, even international and APO/FPO orders. My standard shipping method is USPS First Class Mail. All orders ship gift boxed.

◊ I work hours that can make it difficult to get to the post office, so you will not find me to be the world's fastest shipper; it can take me a week or two. It will ship sooner if I can, but I don't want anyone dissapointed!
◊ IMPORTANT: If you need your order in a hurry I can send you an invoice for Priority or overnight shipping, but PLEASE contact me prior to placing your order to make sure I will be able to get it shipped in a timely manner. This is not always possible for me, so please, please ask me first!
◊ It is a federal crime for me to mark purchased items as gifts on a customs form and it is my policy to accurately describe all items on customs paperwork. The buyer is responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, VAT, and other fees that may be incurred when importing items into your country. Sorry :(
◊ Packaging Options: By default, all orders ship carefully gift boxed and ready to give or enjoy. I put care and love into packaging each piece after you order it so that receiving the package is like getting a gift; I use jewelry boxes, ribbon, decorative paper, and tissue, and ship in a protective bubble mailer. I am quite proud of my packaging! :)
ECO-MAILING - If you are not concerned about presentation and would like to receive your order shipped in the most eco-friendly manner possible, just send me a convo or make a note to seller when you order. I will use eco-friendly options like biodegradable/recyclable envelopes, handmade recycled paper thank-you notes, clean re-used padding materials, and so forth. Each package will be different depending on what I have around the house - you might get your item in a re-used jewelry box that someone sent me an item in, padded with bubble wrap that a supplier used to cushion one of my orders, etc. Eco-mailing will be clean and safe, but not sleek and professional looking.
Returns: It's very important to me that you be completely happy with anything you buy from me, and I stand behind my jewelry 100%. If there's a problem with any regular store item, or it doesn't completely meet your expectations I'll cheerfully replace it, fix it, or refund your money within 30 days of purchase. If your jewelry becomes in need of repair, I will fix it at no cost provided that it has not been subjected to unreasonable abuse.
Payment methods: I use paypal to process credit card payments because that way I never have to see (or be responsible for protecting) your credit card/account information. They have an option for you to just pay with a credit card through their site if you don't have or want a paypal account.
Payment methods for international customers: I accept Paypal only for international orders. You can use paypal to make a secure credit card payment without establishing a paypal account if you wish (see above).
Custom order policies: Please allow 4-8 weeks for the completion of custom orders. When shipping items of financial or sentimental value to me for repair, alteration, or recycling, please use an insured and traceable shipping method; I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during shipping to me.
Payment in full is due up front for custom orders. 50% of the purchase price is a nonrefundable deposit. The remaining 50% will be refunded if the customer decides to cancel the transaction or return the custom-made item.
Customer satisfaction is very important to me, and at my sole discretion I may in some cases offer the customer a store credit for non-custom items in the amount of the nonrefundable deposit.
