Until business really took off in spring of 2011, I handled every single aspect of Distinction Jewelry myself. That’s when I was fortunate to be able to add a few part-time members to my team!

Grace is new to the jewelry business, but she’s an experienced customer service rep and picking things up fast. She’s enjoying working for a small business part-time while being a stay-at-home mom to her kids.

Jip works mostly behind the scenes, keeping the hundreds of product listings in my shop up to date and current. She’s also interested in trying her hand at customer service, so you may spot her, ninja-like, darting in to acknowledge the receipt of your order or….where is she?!?
