The photos show these as dark gray, but in person, you will generally notice a distinct steel blue hue as well. Transparent gray stones are a rarity in the gemstone world; these are not easy to come by in these quality cuts and matched pairs. These are natural, not lab grown. They look amazing in multiple piercings paired with a brighter blue like blue zircon or Swiss blue topaz, or as a lead-in to something darker like black diamonds or black spinel.
