US shipping:

Most orders ship via USPS first class mail with tracking provided. Orders over $250 are shipped tracked with a signature required.

We are not responsible for packages after they are scanned as delivered; if you are concerned about mail theft, we recommend requesting signature confirmation and/or having your package sent to a secure location. 

High value items such as engagement rings and higher end earrings ship via insured FedEx express and require the direct signature of the recipient. High value orders ship with tamper evident tape sealing the box; if seal is broken, please do not sign for the package and contact us immediately.

International shipping:

International orders under $400 ship USPS first class with a tracking number. $400 is the limit set by the USPS for customs declaration on first class mail. If your order contains multiple items that can be separated to create individual shipment values under $400, you may receive your order in more than one shipment. 

USPS first class international shipping usually takes 2-8 weeks in transit. The average is closer to two weeks, but customs and other delays can easily hold up delivery.

Items over $400 will be shipped via USPS priority mail international or FedEx express. 

Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges that may be incurred. We do not falsify customs declarations by putting a lower value or marking as gift. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel sales to certain countries or ask you to upgrade to a more expensive shipping service on a case by case basis if we do not feel confident your order can be delivered securely.

Many countries have value limits on shipping items, or may restrict the import of fine jewelry; for example Italy caps USPS shipments at under $2,500. FedEx caps shipments to Australia at $4,000. Please discuss international delivery options for high value international orders with us.

If you are buying an engagement ring, you may find it easiest to fly to the US to collect your ring once it has been completed. Depending on your country's import regulations and the value of your purchase, you may save more than the cost of the plane ticket by picking it up yourself in the US.

Turn around time:

Most of our items are made to order and will not ship until complete. Standard items such as gold and silver earrings usually ship within 1-8 business days. Platinum earrings often require us to order settings as we do not keep a large quantity on hand, and can take 3-4 weeks. 

Custom rings usually ship in 3-8 weeks, with rare orders taking up to 10 weeks to produce if something goes wrong in the later stages and the ring has to be re-made from scratch.
